We are entering a period of Western history in which the subjects of the political order have no incentive to continue to abide by that order’s rules.
The gross hysteria over the confirmation hearings of Brett Kavanaugh has confirmed that no man, anywhere, of any rank, is safe from unsubstantiated allegations made by women who have a bone to pick with him, for any reason. Win or lose, confirmation or no, Kavanaugh is now the bearer of the scarlet letter ‘R’ for ‘rapist.’ This disgrace weighs down a man in much the same way as the scarlet letter ‘R’ for ‘racist’ weighs down a white person. Once it is pinned to your lapel, there is no going back.
And that is precisely the moment we find ourselves at. There is a tipping point at which people have no further need to continue to play society’s games. This is what happened in the old Soviet Union and its Eastern European satellite states such as East Germany, Poland, and Romania. The people got fed up and threw off their political authorities’ shackles, sometimes with force and sometimes without.
The thing is, the other side sees it in a similar light. They see a President Trump who to them is the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler, a Vice President Pence who is the embodiment of theocratic misogyny, and a Republican political organization that is full of bigots, racists, gun-worshipping baby killers, homophobes, and other evildoers. The Left sees a Right that appears to have power. The Left is enraged, united, and determined to dethrone the apparently mighty Right.
Anyone who has taken a red pill or two knows that the Right as embodied in the above persons and party apparatus is not actually very right-wing at all. It could better be termed corporatist, globalist, materialistic, anti-white and anti-Christian, and even socialistic. But the Left does not see this, nor would it matter if they did correctly perceive their enemy. All they care about is that their enemies make up what is left of white, Western, Christendom. And that is what they mean to destroy.
We see things more clearly, thank the Lord. And we know that what the Left means to do is to oppress us in every possible way in order to destroy the civilization, race, and faith that we embody. We know that they mean to substitute their anti-civilization, their mixed races, and their anti-Christian faiths in place of what they destroyed.
They’ve been active in this process for all of the Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials’ lifetimes. There have been moments in these generations when we saw what the Left was doing, and we said, “It can’t possibly get any worse than this.” There will be moments to come in which we say the same thing. So my point is not to make that claim about what is going on right now, in the fall of 2018. You might as well predict the end of the world as to pinpoint the low point of this decades-long civilizational struggle.
The point is that those of us on the Right — or more accurately, men, whites, heterosexuals, Christians, non-Marxists, and traditionalists — are dangerously near the point at which we en masse could say, “I have nothing left to lose.” Even though they are ascending in power, the Left is also near that point. The hysteria of the Left during the Kavanaugh debacle is but one more example of their willingness to let loose the dogs of war. Throwing due process and the presumption of innocence out the window is just as significant an assault on white Christian America as would be the confiscation of firearms. In either case, it puts an antagonistic state in physical control of our bodies. So the issues highlighted by this current SCOTUS confirmation contest are actually very important, regardless of what happens with Kavanaugh’s nomination to the court.
If it weren’t for the relatively good condition of the U.S. economy, a full-blown civil war of some sort would probably be underway by now. In my opinion, the only thing keeping the lid on is the fact that people on both sides are still getting their paychecks, welfare checks, and pension checks. As long as they get those, they feel that they have some skin in the status quo game. If and when those checks stop coming, according to the zeitgeist of the age there would be no moral argument for the Left not literally attacking the Right.
The ability of the powers-that-be to keep those checks coming is something amazing. It reminds me of a magic show at a carnival. You never know quite how they’re going to make it happen, but somehow they pull off the trick. The fact that you know in your heart that it’s all fake doesn’t change the fact that to all appearances everything is normal, and you have no socially acceptable grounds to aggressively challenge the trickster.
I’m thankful that those on the Left — and the masses who gravitate towards whatever is convenient and sensational — are paralyzed by the seemingly endless supply of bread and circuses provided by the political order. However, for those of us on the Right who are enlightened enough to see through the magic tricks, and who for many reasons are subject to violent, vicious, false accusations, what reason do we have to keep playing along? When even a man nominated for the Supreme Court can be attacked and have his life ruined at the mere pleasure of the Left, obviously any one of us can suffer the same fate, at a time and place chosen by the Left. Our young sons, our white daughters, our needy elderly, anyone can be attacked for a number of reasons and have no means by which to exonerate themselves, avoid financial ruin, and avert physical suffering.
Like any other responsible white person, I want the best for me and mine. I want normalcy. But can we continue to choose to ignore the obvious? #TimesUp. There is nothing in this political order left fighting for. The empress has no clothes on. And she is coming to kill us.
