Political incorrectness in The Current Year and beyond is proving problematic not only for whites but for others who run afoul of the liberal world’s sacred cows. From half-white, half-Peruvian George Zimmerman to black, French-speaking comedian Dieudonné M’Bala M’Bala, non-whites who run contrary to the philo-Semitic zeitgeist will get civil and criminal liability for antics that ordinarily would fall into the category of free speech, impolite manners, or bad taste in a saner, Western age.
Recently crimefighters in New York City busted the perpetrator of a series of heart-wrenching crimes. He could face up to 48 years in prison for his crimes. Did the alleged criminal leave caskets, mourning families, or exorbitant health care costs in his wake? No.
All he left was bathroom graffiti the likes of which can be found in any truck stop or public restroom in the world.
Jasskirat S. Saini, 20, of Plainview, who authorities said scrawled more than 100 anti-Semitic messages left at various sites at the Hempstead campus — including swastikas, “Heil Hitler”, and “KKK” — was arraigned on a dozen counts of first-degree aggravated harassment, dating back to March.
Ironically, the defendant’s dad works for the U.S. military in a sensitive, health care-related role. He’s probably a doctor. The young man came from a middle-class, white-collar background and was working part-time as a dental assistant, taking classes at the local community college until such time as he would transfer to a SUNY campus to finish his degree.
The swastikas he drew weren’t even drawn the right way to be considered a hate symbol. He drew them as the Jain, Sikh, Buddhist, and Hindu religions draw them.
I can imagine if two people from another age came to America and heard about this. Here’s what their conversation might be like:
“So this South Asian walks into his college and writes, ‘Heil Hitler!’ and draws swastikas on the wall.”
“That’s weird. Why would he write about a Bavarian racialist politician from the 1930s? Never mind. What happened to the Asian?”
“A black cop and a Latina cop came and hauled him off to jail to face charges of…the newspapers called it ‘first-degree aggravated harassment.’”
“Oh. What exactly is the harm of this crime? Property damage to the school?”
“The judge said ‘the young man’s conduct could have led to grave consequences considering how divided the nation is.’ He compared it to adding fire to gasoline.”
“So it’s not property damage — it’s potential hurt feelings based on societal conditions. In other words, no harm at all.”
“Right.”
“What’s the punishment?”
“Four years in prison for each count. Let’s see…he’s facing 12 counts, so that means…48 years in prison for vandalism that never actually harmed a single person.”
“Does he have a lawyer?”
“Yeah — a guy named Hirsch.”
“Hirsch? You mean he’s a Jew?”
“Uh-huh.”
“Didn’t the kid say he was lashing out at Jews who had harassed him in his neighborhood?”
“Yes. I know, doesn’t sound like a good combination, does it? But the Jewish lawyer had been defending him on a drug-related charge for a year now and told the judge that the Asian was a good kid.”
“I see…When do we go back to 1900?”
“As soon as I get the flux capacitor working again.”
